Fredenskirke (Odense, Denmark) presents Danish violinist Anne Sophie Andersen and Canadian-American pianist Andrea Christie in recital for an afternoon of duo music for violin and piano, spanning nearly 300 years of music from the baroque and romantic eras to the present. Featuring Daniel Weymouth’s sonata for violin and piano (2014), Schumann’s sonata for violin and piano in A minor (1851) and J.S. Bach’s Partita in E Major for solo violin (ca. 1720).
